Hot leads (VLS ≥ 80) are allocated by a short sealed-bid credit auction among matched agencies; only the winner pays and only the winner receives the lead.
Mark it "bad lead" within 7 days. Our QA team verifies (call recordings, verification logs) and refunds the full credit cost — typically within 48 hours. Wrong numbers, no genuine intent, or materially misrepresented cases all qualify. You carry zero junk risk; we carry the incentive to qualify properly.
The strategy call is included in the lead's credit price. When you unlock, our system offers the applicant your live calendar slots and confirms by SMS and email.
