3. Registered migration
Where you engage VisaChief to prepare an application, your application is reviewed and lodged by a registered migration agency in our partner network (in Australia, a MARA-registered migration agent) who is accountable for your case.
4. Fees
VisaChief's service fee is separate from government visa application charges, which are set by, and paid to, the relevant government and are generally non-refundable. Any "no visa, no fee" guarantee applies to VisaChief's service fee only and is subject to eligibility and full terms, including that you provide complete, accurate information and genuinely meet the criteria for the visa.
